With even more space than The Puffin and The Guillemot, this modern two-bed lodge with hot tub comprises a hallway with plenty of storage space and complete with a customary large picture window, taking in sea views across the Firth of Forth. The stylish open plan kitchen/diner/living room has two large sofas and is complete with smart TV with sound bar, Bluetooth speaker and a cosy log burning stove. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need for a self-catering break including dishwasher and wine cooler. The lodge is fully equipped for adventurous days out with a washer/dryer, ironing board, iron and plenty of storage space for outdoor and golfing gear, including outdoor porch area perfect for wet jackets and dirty boots.

The lodge sleeps four in two spacious, light and airy bedrooms with zip and link super king size beds, which can be made up as twin on request, lounge in bed and enjoy the views and wildlife through the sliding doors or watch the smart TV. And if you can pull yourself away from the comfort of bed and luxury linen there is direct access from both bedrooms onto the deck to an undercover seating area and private hot tub. The en-suite bathrooms include underfloor heating for that added luxury. One bathroom is equipped with a large walk-in shower and the other has a bath and separate shower.

The spacious outside deck includes undercover lounge areas with twinkly lights to provide the perfect setting for romantic breaks. The deck leads to an enclosed garden, a safe haven for children and dogs, and includes a gas BBQ. Enjoy easy access to your lodge with ample car-parking space at the rear, as well as beautiful walks to enjoy straight from the farm.
